Please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment. A 10 minute grace period is given, after 15 minutes your appointment will be automatically cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations must be done 24+ hours prior to appointment start time, failure to cancel before 24+ hours will result in your deposit being forfeited. Failure to show up to appointment/ no call no show will result in a forfeit deposit and may be an issue when scheduling future services. No call, no show appointment will result in 25% of the service total being charged to the card on file.
