Cancellation Policy
Appointments are given a 10-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be automatically canceled and subject to a 50% service charge. Please communicate with us if you are running late, as we may be able to accommodate you depending on availability. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment start time; cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 50% service charge. No call/no shows will also be charged 50% and may affect future booking. By booking, you agree to this policy.
